Program description

The Everyday Research Awareness SMS Program is a general clinical research awareness SMS subscription. Subscribers receive account notifications about your subscription and recurring marketing messages about new clinical research awareness guides and website resources. Topics include clinical research basics, everyday research awareness, study participation, research terminology, participant protections, and general study information. Everyday Research Awareness is not a research organization or healthcare provider.

Message categories

There are two optional message categories, each with its own checkbox: account notifications about your subscription, and recurring marketing messages about new clinical research awareness guides and website resources. We do not send sales calls, eligibility screening, or third-party offers.

Opt-in method

You opt in by checking the unchecked SMS consent box on our contact page and providing a valid mobile number. Providing a phone number alone is not consent. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, access, or use of this website.

First message

After opting in, your first message will read: "Everyday Research Awareness: Thanks for subscribing to clinical research awareness texts. We are an awareness resource, not a research organization or healthcare provider. Message frequency varies, with marketing messages generally up to 4 per month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."

STOP instructions

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation: "Everyday Research Awareness: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to rejoin." No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

HELP instructions

Reply HELP for help. You will receive: "Everyday Research Awareness: For help, email info@everydayresearchawareness.com or call +1 (307) 315-2217. Reply STOP to cancel."

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

Mobile opt-in data policy
